Welcome to STA You must read, agree to, and accept all terms and conditions contained in or expressly referenced in these Terms of Service.


One ID cannot register multiple accounts. If detected by the system, the account will be immediately prohibited from logging in, and you will be responsible for any resulting losses.

False transactions are not allowed. Once discovered, the preferential rewards given by the store will be deducted.


Rights of attorney


1. The Service has a range of features and functions. Not all services or features may be available to all merchants at all times, and we are under no obligation to provide any services or features in any jurisdiction. Except as prohibited by these Terms of Service or applicable law, we reserve the right to modify the Service, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.



2. We may refuse or remove any material from any part of the Service in our sole discretion, including material that, in our sole discretion, you access through the Service or upload or post to the Service that offers goods or services that violates our AUP or these Terms of Service.


3. Any form of verbal or written abuse (including verbal abuse or threats of retaliation) directed at any of our employees, members or officers will result in immediate account termination.


4. We reserve the right to provide services to your competitors, but do not assume any exclusive commitment. You further acknowledge and agree that our employees and contractors, merchants may also be our customers or merchants that may compete with you, although they may not use your confidential information.


5. If a dispute arises regarding account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation to determine or confirm account ownership. Documentation may include, but is not limited to, your business license, government-issued photo ID, a scan of the last four digits of the credit card on file, or confirmation of your status as an employee of that entity.


6. We will reserve the right to determine the legal account ownership and transfer the account to the legal store owner in our sole discretion. If we are unable to reasonably identify the legitimate store owner, without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or disable an account until the parties to the dispute reach a resolution.


Feedback and comments


We welcome any ideas and/or suggestions for improvements or additions to the Service.
